Online Heat of Summer Ayurveda 101 Workshop

Ever wonder if your symptoms are connected to the seasons? Are you frustrated by your diet or energy levels? Do you find that you experience bloating, skin issues, joint pain, or restless sleep?

Believe it or not, you’ve come to the right place.

In Ayurveda, summer is ruled by Pitta dosha—sharp, bright, and driven—but when unbalanced, it can burn us out. This Summer Solstice workshop invites you into a restorative space to cool the inner heat through breath, movement, sensory grounding, and connection. Learn how to work with the season, not against it, using Ayurvedic wisdom and self-care rituals that nurture clarity, compassion, and peace.

Ash Bowers will lead the group in gentle cooling breathwork, an introduction to Ayurvedic nutrition and doshas with a focus on Pitta, and a guided visualization that invites Yin energy into the body and mind.

Participants will receive an Ayurvedic dosha quiz and adaptable meal plan as part of their admission.
